I understand that a missed signature, improper date,  blank form, missing Notary Signature or Notary Stamp can cause a missed rate lock, delayed closing or invalidation of a refinance, Sale or Purchase.  I triple check all documents, provide San Backs on all files and never miss a Fedex, UPS or DHL drop.  I will always work with the Contracting Company to resolve issues that arise after the documents are received by the requested provider.
